Selecting Distance and Direction Types in COGO
If Distance and Direction types are not displayed in a COGO dialog, click the Options button and see if the dialog expands to show them.
Getting Distance and Direction Types From Traverses
COGO routines get their distance/direction types from traverses. You can override these in the COGO dialog if needed, the traverse just determines what types to start with.
When you initiate a COGO routine from the TPC Desktop™, TPC does not have a traverse to get the distance and direction types from, so it the ones most recently selected for that COGO routine.
