Support Options





At Traverse PC, we know that technical support is important to all of our users. Whether you need help in setting up the program or assistance with a specific survey, we are ready to help.

TPC offers several Support Options.  You can find on-line.


FREE - we know that everyone learns their own way, so we have Learning Guides, Manuals, Videos, Sample Surveys and lots more - and its all available 24/7 FREE.

Comprehensive - we combine phone support, one-on-one training and software updates for an annual fee in our TPC Connection.

Per-incident - you can pay for a 30-minute one-on-one training session.


Most TPC find that our FREE support is all they ever need.  If that's you - great!  If not, you can add Comprehensive or Per-incident support at any time.

Contacting Support

From the Member Area of our website, choose Contact Us from the menu at the right.

Fill out the support form and send it in.

Our support staff will respond as appropriate.


Support Dialog

Choose Tools | Program Settings and select the Support tab.

This dialog includes information about your version of TPC as well as your computer and operating system.
