When you export a LandXML file, you can choose to export the entire survey or select data from the survey.
In either case, TPC looks at the data you have selected for export and includes a LandXML data object for every TPC data object that can be exported to LandXML.

An Example
For example, if you choose to export a single surface to LandXML, TPC adds a single surface object to the LandXML file.
Exporting the entire survey
• Choose File | Export.
• From the Type field choose LandXML.
• From the Export What box, select Entire Survey.
• From the Destination field choose File.
• Choose Export.
Exporting selected traverses or points
• Go to the Traverses Manager or Points Manager . Select the traverse or points you want to export.
• Choose File | Export.
• From the Type field choose LandXML.
• From the Export What box, select Selected to export the selected items in the view or Tagged to export the tagged items in the view.
• From the Destination field choose File.
• Choose Export.
