Step 4 - Update
Overview : Step 1- Analyze -----> Step 2 - Solve -----> Step 3 - Report -----> Step 4 - Update

Once you have solved the network, you can update the survey.
None of the survey coordinates are updated until you choose Update Survey Now. This allows you to analyze the results of the network adjustment before apply it to your survey. You can also Undo the network solution, reverting back to the unadjusted coordinates at any time.
TPC does not use the computed Least Squares (LSQ) coordinates until you choose to update the survey. Instead, the computed coordinates are held in memory, allowing you to review the solution first.
When you update the survey, the computed coordinates overwrite the existing coordinates in the survey.
Protecting Updated Coordinates
TPC provides the option to protect the survey point coordinates when they are updated, insuring that the new computed coordinates will not overwritten by some other survey computation.
TPC also keeps track of which points have been updated via Least Squares.
Undoing an Adjustment
A LSQ can be undone by choosing Undo in the Update dialog.
When you undo a LSQ adjustment, TPC restores the original coordinates of the points it updated.
