To create a custom page size, like 22" x 18", you need to create a custom page size for your Windows printer. That custom page size then is available for you to select when you use that Windows printer.
In this example, we'll use the Traverse PC PDF driver in Windows 11.
1. Right click the Windows start button and choose Settings. Then navigate to Printers and Scanner and find your printer, in this case, the Traverse PC PDF driver.
2. Select Printing preferences, click Advanced, expand the Paper Size: list and select PostScript Custom Page Size. If your printer doesn't have a custom page size option, see the Missing Custom Page Size topic below.
3. Enter the custom page size you want.
Use a Custom Page Size
Select this printer for any drawing or report then from the Page Setup dialog, select PostScript Custom Page Size.
Missing Custom Page Size
If your Windows printer does not include a Custom Page Size option in it's list of page sizes, consider doing this instead
•Install a PDF driver, like the Traverse PC PDF driver used in this example
•Set the custom page size you want for that PDF driver
•Use this printer for your TPC reports and drawings and export them as a PDF
•Print that PDF to any other printer or plotter without scaling
Following these instructions should result in a printout of the page size you want. See Printing a PDF.
