Entering Exact Values

Sometimes, when drawing an object like a line, arc or circle, you need to enter an exact value. You might want to specify an exact radius, the exact end point of the line, or create the line at a certain bearing and distance. TPC provides a very convenient way to do this.

While drawing an object, hold down the shift key and left click near the approximate end point of the line, or approximate radius of the circle, etc that you want. TPC will display the object dialog box with the approximate values in it.

Enter the exact values you want and choose OK. TPC will redraw the object using the values from the dialog.
