      I am getting a server error when trying to export from TPC to a KMZ or KML file after most recent update.

      I am still having this problem, if anyone has a possible solution

      We put a fix for that in the 1/30/24 maintenance release. You have TPC 2022 R1 and it’s in there. Do the maintenance update and you should be fine.

      John, I have the current release now, and it worked fine yesterday, and then today I am getting the server error again

      I just tried TPC v22.1.2.15 03042024 and it exported KMZ properly without the server error. Would you mind trying again and letting us know? If need be, can you attach your survey file and let us know your KMZ export settings. We’ll try your file and see what we find.

      Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I worked on another project this morning and had no problems, on this current project I am having issues. No settings changed in between, and I am up to date.

      It didn’t let me attach the .trv file.

      Attach your file to tech@traverse-pc.com or you can zip it and attach the zipped file.
