Here you can change the import and export settings for KML and KMZ. Depending on whether you're importing / exporting KML or KMZ the settings dialog will change the window title but everything in this dialog functions the same way. KMZ and KML don't share the settings themselves, they simply share a dialog. Feel free to customize settings between the two filters.

Details
During the import process details related to the imported data will be displayed to the message view.
Settings
Left-click the settings button .

Export line color and width
Line color and line width for each and every traverse being exported will be displayed in Google Earth the same way they're displayed in TPC. Google Earth's default line color is white.
Traverse points visible
When exporting a traverse with a lot of points you may want to disable this option to make the traverse points invisible. This will make the traverse lines and features stand out more in Google Earth. You can of course always make Google Earth display the traverse points by expanding the "Traverses" folder and then expanding the folder with the name of the traverse you want to make points visible. Tag the points folder under that traverse folder to make all those points visible.
Points in point folder visible
When exporting lots of selected traverse points or selected points from the Points Manager you may want to disable this option to make the points invisible in Google Earth. You can of course always make Google Earth display the points again by expanding the "Points" folder and then tagging each point you want or by tagging the main Points folder to display all of them.
TIN lines visible
When exporting surfaces from Traverse PC you can change whether or not Google Earth displays the surface's TIN lines by tagging and un-tagging 'Tin lines visible'.
Break lines visible
When exporting surfaces from Traverse PC you can change whether or not Google Earth displays the surface's Break lines by tagging and un-tagging 'Break lines visible'.
Traverse line data visible
When exporting a traverse from Traverse PC, TPC includes data accompanied by an icon at the midpoint of each line in the traverse.
Tagging 'Traverse line data visible' will make Google Earth render those midpoint icons, else Google earth will ignore the midpoint icons.
Even if 'Traverse line data visible' is un-tagged TPC will add traverse line data to the kml file, it just doesn't get rendered by Google Earth.
Export fills
If you have traverses that contain solid or percentage fills then tag 'Export fills (Solid and Percent only)' to get those fills to be rendered by Google Earth. The Solid Fill Opacity slider controls how opaque a solid fill will be rendered in Google Earth. A value of 100 means 100% opaque fills.
Point label size
Adjust to increase or decrease the size of the point label. [0.01 - 2.5] is the inclusive range you can set for the label size. 1.0 is Google Earth's 'default' size, adjust to your liking.
Point icon size
Adjust to increase or decrease the size of the point icon. [0.01 - 2.5] is the inclusive range you can set for the icon size. 1.0 is Google Earth's 'default' size, adjust to your liking.
