Set the survey foot definition of each traverse to match?
Each traverse stores it's own International vs US Survey foot. When you change the survey foot definition for the survey, TPC can also update each traverse to match.
Yes - TPC will set each traverses to this same foot definition.
No - TPC will NOT make any changes to any traverses.
As a rule, you will choose Yes, because you do not generally change the foot definition of an individual traverse. TPC allows this so you can compute and compare boundaries that may have been computed using one definition or the other.
Traverse Foot Type
The Advanced tab of the Traverse Format dialog shows you the foot definition used by each traverse. You will also see the foot definition of a traverse if you initiate a COGO routine from a traverse and choose Show Options.
