•Choose Insert | Grid or right click the drawing and choose it from the menu.
•Select the options you want for your legend.
•Specify the X-interval and Y-interval. Drawing View draws a tick mark at every grid point and labels the top and left-hand side of the drawing with the intervals.
•To draw a dashed line along each grid line, turn on the [X] Lines option.
•If you want future drawings to use these legend settings, choose Save.
•Choose OK to return to Drawing View.
