We’ve added a simple but powerful new option in Traverse PC 2025: you can now exclude remote RTK base points—like CORS stations—from your drawings.
Why Turn Base Points Off?
Sometimes that remote CORS base you’re using is several miles away from your project site. Including it in your drawing can:
- Throw off your Zoom Extents, making your site drawing appear tiny or hard to navigate.
- Clutter your project with points that don’t add value to your site map or deliverable.
Now, with one quick setting, you can turn off plotting for those base points and keep your drawings focused and clean.
Ideal for Mixed GNSS and Ground Workflows
If your project combines GNSS and ground traversing, this new option gives you full flexibility. You can show your ground control points while keeping RTK base points hidden — perfect for clear, professional plots.
This is a small update with a big impact on clarity and efficiency — another way TPC helps you stay focused on the work that matters most.
