Got questions about your TPC license?
- Limited Warranty – what we cover and what we don’t
- License Agreement – what you can and can’t do with your license
Subscription – Quarterly / Annual
You purchase a subscription license for 3 months (quarterly) or a year (annual), called the Subscription Period.
- At the end of the license period, you are automatically billed and the subscription renews for another Subscription Period.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time.
- You can upgrade to a perpetual license anytime by paying just the price difference.
Perpetual
A perpetual license never expires. You purchase it once and run it as long as you choose to.
It only runs a single version and Edition of TPC, but you can pay to update it to a newer version any time.
Perpetual Single License
Single User licenses allows one person at a time to run TPC. If two or more people need to run TPC at the same time, you need to purchase an additional license for each person or switch to a network license. See License Agreement.
You can easily install a single user license on more than one computer, then activate it on the computer you want to run it on.
Perpetual Network License
You can purchase additional single user licenses, each of which can be used by only one person at a time, or you can consider a network license.
Network licenses can be purchased for as few as two (2) seats and provide flexible options for sharing the network licenses among any number of users in your office / company.
TPC Connection License
TPC Connection License are subscriptions added to a perpetual license. This is how TPC provides access to program updates, training and more comprehensive technical support.
Perpetual licenses, like the Single User and Network licenses, may include a TPC Connection license to help you get started learning and using TPC.
30-day Grace Period
All TPC licenses can be run off-line for up to 30 days. So go ahead, take your laptop out in the field. When you run TPC without internet, it starts the 30-day grace period. Run TPC as many times as you want and as long as you want for up to 30 days. The next time you are in the office and run TPC with internet access, the grace period automatically resets, ready to start the next 30-day grace period when needed.
