Boundary Surveys
TPC has the tools to help you with deed research, finding monuments and projecting locations, computing your control points and side shots. When you’re ready, you can move easily from a control survey to a topo or site survey.
Site Surveys
Sometimes your surveys end up being a little bit of everything on site: shorelines, rock walls, driveways, vegetation, buildings, etc. TPC’s Point Codes turn your field data into your map.
Topographic Surveys
TPC has all the tools to generate surfaces, edit breaklines, exclude areas, compute volumes, and perform slope analysis. If you need to export to CAD, we deliver a complete polyfacemesh along with your contours.
Construction Surveys
TPC provides a comprehensive set of tools for computing offsets, setbacks, points on line, and other essential survey calculations. Built-in CAD linework checking tools verify that connected lines properly close and begin where the previous line ends, helping ensure clean, accurate geometry. TPC also simplifies grid-to-ground conversions and allows you to export only the points you need directly to your data collector, total station, or GPS.
Plat Checking
TPC has all the tools to convert objects in a CAD drawing to survey, pick CAD lines and labels and turn them into bearings and distances entered right into the Traverse View. It’s easy to check closures, offsets, areas and more.
Mortgage Surveys
TPC makes it easy to perform mortgage surveys. Users without land surveying backgrounds are able to create mortgage survey reports and maps. If you can navigate Windows-based software, you can create mortgage surveys with TPC.
Subdivision Surveys
Use TPC’s tools for alignments, right-of-way offsets, lot setbacks, predetermined areas and more to generate subdivision roads and lots. Labeling lot lines and areas is easy with traverse drawing settings. TPC’s automatic lot setbacks can be used to specify which lot lines are Front / Side / Rear, then, TPC does the rest.
ALTA/NSPS(ACSM) Land Title Surveys
TPC has the tools to help meet the minimum standard for Positional Tolerance and Relative Positional Precision using our built-in Least Squares network analysis. Necessary drawing tools like Line Tables, Lot Tables and Curve Tables are also included.
Public Lands Survey System (PLSS) Surveys
TPC features PLSS with ground distance and true bearing via the 2009 BLM Manual of Survey. TPC is the only program that completes this process from start to finish. That means better data and no apparent misclosures when a section is closed.
